Originally a trained nurse and midwife with an advanced diploma in midwifery, Janice had a long career in senior leadership in the NHS, before leaving to start her own business as an independent organisation consultant, facilitator, coach, and mentor/supervisor in 2007 . Janice has a PGCert and is an accredited supervisor of coaches and organisational consultants, from Ashridge (now HULT) Business School, where she trained as an executive coach and undertook an MSc in Organisational Consulting. Janice has taken all the experience from Steed Consulting into Steed Coaching. Throughout her whole career Janice has always been passionate about personal and professional development, broadening her understanding and experience to include building neuroscience and emotional intelligence into leadership development, becoming accredited MBTI step II personality assessments, training in Systemic Coaching and Constellations, Motivational Maps and most recently becoming an NLP Master Practitioner. Integrating everything into a unique approach, working alongside, drawing on all her skills and experience, Janice tailors her work to the individual needs of each of her clients.
